Riley currently plays for the Washington Nationals of Major League Baseball

He played college baseball for the San Diego Toreros of the University of San Diego

In 2021, he made his debut with the Toronto Blue Jays

Adams was born on June 26, 1996, in Encinitas, California 

Riley attended Canyon Crest Academy in San Diego, California

In baseball, he made the school's varsity baseball team in his freshman year as a shortstop
