Jonah Hill has stated that he will not promote upcoming films in order to prioritise his mental health.

Hill was most recently seen in the December release of the Oscar-nominated sci-fi film "Don't Look Up."

Hill stated in his statement that he recently completed directing his second film,.

"Stutz," a documentary about himself, his therapist, and mental health.

"The entire goal of making this film is to provide therapy and the tools I've learned in therapy

to a wide audience for private use through an entertaining film," he wrote. 

I've spent nearly 20 years experiencing anxiety attacks, which are exacerbated by media appearances and public facing events."
