 Iron needs can vary on your diet, your age,gender, & other physical aspects

Adult men between the ages of 19-50 years need 8 mg of iron daily

Women between the ages of 19-50 need almost 18 mg of iron daily

The best sources of Iron are: 1.Greens like spinach and kale 

2 .Nuts and dried beans

 3. Oysters

4. Breakfast cereals enriched with iron

5. Iron supplements
