Benefits of Avocado
Avocado is often misunderstood as a fattening fruit.
But,it isn't the case.
Eating one avocado a day for six months was found to have no effect on body fats.
However, it lead to decrease in unhealthy cholesterol levels.
According to a study by
American Heart Association, they said
"An avocado a day decreases the cardiometabolic risks."
Avocado decreases 2.9 milligrams per deciliter (mg/dL) and LDL cholesterol by 2.5 mg/dL.
The full benefits is yet to be analyzed.
